Company Profile

Liza Cancino - CEO and Master Tutor, established the Bedrock Knowledge Center. She set out to lead young educators to excellence in Academics, SPED, and Auxiliary Departments. She believes in providing high-quality education through Spiral Learning Approach and utilizing professional educators to educate and set an example for all BKC students.

Mission Statement

Bedrock Knowledge Center provides quality education in developing a child's cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and socio-emotional skills in a holistic model as a center for academic excellence that empowers young minds committed to serving God and community for nation-building and progress.

Vision Statement

Bedrock Knowledge Center envisions children to be lifelong learners, transformative leaders, and contributing members of their communities.

GOALS

The main goals of Bedrock Knowledge Center focus on the following:

Academic Department

To achieve academic excellence by creating a sense of independence and responsibility for students to stay focused and accountable for their progress that is aligned with the vision and mission of Bedrock Center.

SPED Department

To provide a safe, inclusive, and meaningful child-centered learning environment that fosters early learning experiences to help children develop their cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and socio-emotional abilities for lifelong learning and development.

After-School Program

To offer homework support, tutoring, arts and crafts, music lessons, and community service projects. These programs can occur in any community center that BKC manages. The vision of this program is to turn aimless hours into a safe, supportive, and productive environment for students after school hours while their parents are working.

As a Master Tutor, she has been in the field for over two decades, throughout her fruitful tutoring journey in CA, USA. She cultivates a community of accomplished students through her engaging approach to early literacy and tailored techniques that cater to their unique learning styles.

“While Bedrock is still on its mission to help children and professional teachers, I am sure that God is still unlocking His divine power into my life,” says Liza. Her Master’s degree unit in Child Development motivates her to establish a place that will cater to all educators and students in one online platform—The Bedrock Knowledge Center.
